Hampshire - This is a fine Regency Manor House surrounded by open country side in Hampshire. We offer twin bedded rooms for couples or single occupancy.
We are close to village pub/evening meals, village shop, Saxon church, lovely country walks in the surrounding hills plus all the facilities of the market town of Alton.
The comfortable, light and well-proportioned rooms have hand basin and private bathroom facilities. Each is fully equipped and include colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, armchair and desk. Our basic tariff is £30.00 per person/night or £35.00 for single occupancy.
The town has a cinema and a wide variety of shops, both large and small and Tuesday is market day. There are comfortable hotels, and restaurants catering from fast food to Thai to Italian and traditional English food and several museums. Other visitor attractions include Jane Austen's House, Gilbert White's House and the Watercress Line.
