No: 2 Llundain Fach ("Little London") is a short drive from the Swansea-Brecon Road (A4067) and on the southern edge of the Brecon Breacons, in a riverside location surrounded by trees.
Glenn and Pam (and our cats Tilly and Patches) provide relaxed old-fashioned comfort in an atmosphere somewhere between Enid Blyton and Donovan.
There is a large lawn and a small woods, where you can enjoy the wildlife: herons, ducks, woodpeckers and other woodland birds, and the occasional otter – even, maybe, have your breakfast by the river bank.
There are some excellent pubs in the area for meals and real ales, but if you want to order in a take-away dinner from nearby Ystradgynlais you can enjoy that in the garden, woods or our farmhouse kitchen.
For those travelling without a car there is a great bus service (X63) that passes near by, travelling across the picturesque Beacons, connecting Swansea/Neath to Brecon for days out.
There are two first-floor double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, and both have views down to the River Tawe.
If your plans for a day out are spoilt by bad weather or a nasty blister, or even if you've just had enough of the fabulous landscape, there is also a cosy study with books, old board games, that sort of thing. Make yourselves at home.
