Kingfisher enjoys a prime seafront position and overlooks Lowestoft's award winning beach. Swimming, surfing, sea canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling and fishing.
There is zoning when necessary for water sports and there are children's areas on the beach. There is a broad expanse of coastline to explore and a large variety of bird life in the area.
We are situated close to the town centre, railway station and bus station. Parking is unrestricted and private parking for two cars is available at the back of the guest house.
We have two family rooms furnished with one double bed and two single beds, one double room and two twin bedded rooms. We have a separate shower room. Three of our five bedrooms have extensive views of the sea and harbour and are individually furnished to accommodate your needs.
We offer TV's in all rooms, tea and coffee making facilities and hand and bath towels are provided.
Our tariff is as follows:
Family rooms including breakfast from £50 per night.
Double room including breakfast £40 per night.
Twin rooms including breakfast £20 per person per night.
Kingfisher is situated on Marine Parade (A12 south-bound) between the East Point Pavilion and Clairemont Pier, opposite the car park. We are near to the town centre, railway station and bus station.
Kingfisher Guest House is open all year and our location offers a peaceful break, winter or summer. We offer a warm and friendly welcome as well as a homely atmosphere, and assure you of a relaxing stay with us.
