Devon - Elegant Georgian farmhouse centrally situated about 8 miles North of Exeter and within walking distance of Killerton.
Have a day exploring this delightful countryside and return to the comfort of this lovely house and sit in the garden and watch the sun set.
Hayne House - sleeps up to 6
The twin bedded room has two Edwardian 3'6 single beds and a washbasin. The private bathroom is three steps down to a half landing. The bedroom overlooks the woodlands of Killerton and the Culm Valley.
The large family bedroom has a double bed, two 3' single beds and a washbasin. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom door. The room looks over the garden with views towards Dartmoor. This room can also be used as a double or a twin.
There is a drawing room where guests can relax on the comfortable sofas either reading a book taken from the good selection here or watching the television. Leaflets advertising local attractions are also here and there are maps to borrow.
Tea and home made cake are normally served in the drawing room when you arrive.
Fresh grapefruit are usually served at breakfast or choose from a selection of cereals. Bacon, sausages, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and fried bread are the main course.
Ideally placed for business travellers (early breakfasts from 7 am if required).
Outside there is a delightful garden for guests to enjoy.
