Anro stands in a tree-lined avenue just on the edge of town. Built at the beginning of the 20th Century in Yorkshire stone, Anro is a very typical example of a Yorkshire large family house of that period.
Within easy walking distance you will find many of the essential and interesting places required by the holiday and business visitor alike. The Harrogate International conference centre is less than two minutes walk, and the rail and bus stations are just ten minutes walk, as are the Valley Gardens.
The bedrooms have all been recently refurnished, mostly in handmade pine. All bedrooms have complimentary tea and coffee, plus C.T.V. Four of our seven bedrooms have an en-suite shower.
The standard rooms have the benefit of hand basins, and a public bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. A separate toilet is available for these rooms.
We have two family rooms; one has a double and two single beds; this room is fully en-suite. The other has a double and single bed and is also en-suite. Many other complimentary items are placed for your convenience.
Downstairs in the dinning room, the small teapot collection is often found interesting; many other ornaments are displayed to attract your eye whilst waiting for breakfast. A menu which offers you a choice of starters, main course, toast, and tea or coffee is available.
A separate TV lounge is provided where you may relax and enjoy your favourite programme. ColourTV is also provided in all bedrooms. A small selection of board games plus magazines are there for you to enjoy.
